Gregor Tait
Gregor made his Commonwealth Games debut in 2002, winning silver in the 200m Backstroke but it was at the 2006 Melbourne Games that he really made his mark. Gold in the 200m backstroke in a new Games record, along with a second gold in the 200m Individual Medley and bronze in both the 100m Backstroke and 4 x 100m Medley Relay cemented his place as one of Scotland's top Commonwealth Games competitors.
Gregor also represented Great Britain at the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games as well as at three World Championships and won silver and bronze at the 2001 European Short Course Championships.
