Adam made his Commonwealth Games debut at Birmingham 2022, making the semi-finals of the Men's 100m. He won the 2022 British indoor title over 60m, going on to be selected for and finish fifth at the World Indoor Championships. He set a personal best of 10.18 in 2021 and ran a wind-assisted 10.08 in the semi finals of the British Championships in 2022.
