Emily made her Commonwealth Games debut at Birmingham, helping Team Scotland to sixth place in the Women's Artistic Team Event final.
She was the first home-based Scottish women’s artistic gymnast to win the title of All Around Champion at the Northern European Championships in Cardiff. She won silver in the Sandra Clarke Cup in 2018.
