Gold Coast 2018 saw a second successive Team Event medal as he took bronze alongside Purvis, Kelvin Cham, Hamish Carter and David Weir. He took individual bronze on Parallel Bars to bring his Commonwealth Games medal tally to three.
A former European Junior All-Around champion, a fall on High Bar in 2013 left Frank hospitalised with four fractured vertebrae in his back and neck, a career threatening injury which left him in a brace for six weeks. He showed immense strength and determination to return to the sport getting back to his best to win gold on both Floor and Vault at the 2017 British Championships.
