Lauren made her Commonwealth Games debut at Birmingham 2022. She finished 6th in the Women's 500m Time Trial final and 10th in the Women's Keirin final. She took sixth place in qualifying for the Women's Team Sprint alongside Iona Moir and Lusia Steele, as well as taking 10th place in the Individual Sprint event.
