Matt piloted Neil Fachie to gold in both B&VI Time Trial and Sprint at Gold Coast 2018, setting World and Games records in Sprint qualifying and a Games record in the Time Trial.
Matt also won double gold with Neil at the 2018 World Para-Cycling Track Championships in Rio, less than two weeks before Gold Coast, and won World gold in both events as pilot to James Ball in 2017 after riding together for just seven weeks.
