Neil Fachie
Neil won gold in both Time Trial and Sprint at Gold Coast 2018 with pilot Matt Rotherham, setting World and Games records in Sprint qualifying and a Games record in the Time Trial. Neil made it a 'double double', having also won gold in both events at Glasgow 2014 with pilot Craig MacLean.
Neil with pilot Lewis Stewart will take part in the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. He won the gold medal in the Men's Tandem B 1000m Time Trial final and the silver medal in the Men's Tandem B Sprint Finals.
Neil is a fourteen-time World champion, three-time Paralympic Games medallist and, with pilot Pete Mitchell, became the first tandem pair ever to break the one minute mark in the 1km Time Trial.
Before taking to Cycling, Neil competed in Para-Athletics and competed at the 2008 Paralympic Games over 100m and 200m.
