Patrick MacHugh

Patrick made his second Commonwealth Games appearance at Gold Coast 2018 where he reached the last 16 of the Men's Doubles and finished 5th in the Mixed Team Event, matching his results from Glasgow 2014. He took gold in both Men's and Mixed Doubles at the 2017 Scottish Championships and began 2018 with silver at the Swedish International.

Patrick retired from international Badminton in July 2018 and now runs his own business, Power Press Coffee, with his brother Finlay and British Curling athlete Ross Patterson.
