Rhona made her Commonwealth Games debut at Birmingham 2022, finishing sixth as Team Scotland fielded a Women's Rugby 7s team for the first time.
Rhona has been devoted to rugby since high school. Her significant achievements include leading Murrayfield Wanderers U18 to victory during the Brewin Dolphin Cup, and winning against Wales in the 2017 Six Nations by scoring a try in the second half. Rhona also hosts a podcast called Women Who Sport with her teammate Sarah Bonar.
