Making his Commonwealth Games debut at Birmingham 2022, Stephen won silver in the 50 m Freestyle S13, an incredible achievement as he was swimming a category above his usual S12.
Stephen won silver and two bronze medals at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games, and gold and silver at the Madeira IPC World Championships 2022. Stephen is joining older sister Libby (Cycling) at Birmingham 2022.
