Boxing

Boxing is a core sport in the Commonwealth Games and has been included in every Games since their inception in 1930. Scotland has won at least one medal at every Games and it is the only sport to have this impressive record.

Boxing has also been included at every edition of the Commonwealth Youth Games, with the exception of the first Games held in Edinburgh in 2000. Scottish boxers have won a medal in every Youth Games where the sport has been included.

Commonwealth Games Boxing competition is conducted under the rules of the International Boxing Federation (AIBA).
